THE INCEPTION
In 1993 Mr. Qutubuddin Gaibisab Momin started a powerloom unit with 4 rented machines in a rented shed, with a vision for manufacturing best fabrics with the limited resources. He used all his experience he had gathered while working as a weaver, helper, technician and also in weaving preparatory as drawing-in. His experience and perseverance started bearing fruits, soon he bought 8 machines and a shed and started weaving polyester filament yarns which at that time was considered difficult. Every time there was a demand for something different, he would take that challenge and deliver it, when it was considered difficult to weave 60s Ne, Momin group had already taken successful trials for 80s Ne.​
His willingness to take up challenges and deliver on them has today led Momin Group standing tall as one of the best fabric manufacturers.
All About Me
With the humble beginning in 1988 with 4 power looms, our determination has led us to steady growth, a small venture now turned into a flourishing enterprise operating around 400 power looms. Employing nearly 350 people from diverse backgrounds, including women and specially-abled individuals, encouraging an environment of inclusion and diversity.
